Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1

The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Mobility and Infrastructure, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into an Agreement or Agreements with MS Consultants, Inc. for costs associated with the Preliminary Engineering Phase for the California Avenue Bridge project; providing for the payment of the costs thereof, not to exceed Eight Hundred Forty-Seven Thousand Three Hundred Ninety-Eight Dollars and Forty-Five Cents($847,398.45) Eight Hundred Forty-Four Thousand Seven Hundred Ninety-Six Dollars and One Cent ($844,796.01), reimbursable at 100%.
