Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.                     The Mayor and the Director of Public Safety are authorized to enter on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh into a Professional Service Agreement or Agreements with Matrix Consulting Group in order to conduct a staffing and utilization study of the City’s Bureau of Police at an overall cost to the City not to exceed ONE HUNDRED EIGHTY THOUSAND DOLLARS ($180,000), authorized and appropriated from the following code account:

11101.210000.53.53901.2022

Section 2.                     Said Agreement(s) shall be approved by the City Solicitor as to form.
