Resolution authorizing the Mayor and Director of the Department of Mobility and Infrastructure (DOMI) to execute relevant agreements to receive grant funding from the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation’s Automated Red Light Enforcement Funding Program for signal replacement at the Black Street and North Negley Avenue Intersection and further authorizing expenditures not to exceed TWO HUNDRED THIRTY THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED NINETY NINE ($230,599.00) dollars for this stated purpose.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Mobility and Infrastructure (DOMI) of the City of Pittsburgh are authorized to execute relevant agreements with the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation in order to receive a grant award in the amount of TWO HUNDRED THIRTY THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED NINETY NINE ($230,599.00) dollars for the Black Street and North Negley Avenue Signal Replacement Project. Monies from the grant agreement shall be deposited into the Grants Trust Fund account 6029400377.45505.00.
Section 2. The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Mobility and Infrastructure (DOMI) of the City of Pittsburgh are further authorized to enter into Agreements, or Contracts, or utilize existing Agreements or Contracts, for expenditures not to exceed TWO HUNDRED THIRTY THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED NINETY NINE ($230,599.00) dollars for the Black Street and North Negley Avenue Signal Replacement Project under the terms of the agreement between the City of Pittsburgh and the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation. Monies from the grant agreement shall be chargeable to and payable from the appropriate expenditure accounts in Grants Trust Fund account 6029400377.
