Resolution amending Resolution No. 410-2019 entitled “Resolution authorizing the Mayor and the Director of the Department of Innovation & Performance to enter into a Contract or Agreement with GBWH Pittsburgh LLC, New Horizons to provide ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) V4 Foundation to support ongoing development of Innovation & Performance staff who support critical IT infrastructure for a sum not to exceed Forty One Thousand Six Hundred Dollars ($41,600)” to authorize the Mayor and the Director of the Department of Innovation & Performance to enter into an Agreement or Agreements or amendments thereto with GBWH Pittsburgh LLC, New Horizons to provide ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) V4 Foundation to support ongoing development of additional Innovation & Performance staff who support critical IT infrastructure at an additional amount not to exceed Thirty Thousand Dollars and Zero Cents ($30,000.00) for a total not-to-exceed amount of Seventy-One Thousand Six Hundred Dollars and Zero Cents ($71,600.00).

WHEREAS, the City has previously entered into an agreement with GBWH Pittsburgh LLC, New Horizons (“New Horizons”) to provide ITIL training for employees in the Department of Innovation & Performance (the “Department”); and
WHEREAS, additional employees within the Department now require ITIL training; and
WHEREAS, the City requires a continuation of services from New Horizons to ensure that all Department employees who support critical IT infrastructure are trained using the same program; and
WHEREAS, the City wishes to enter into an additional agreement or agreements, or amendments thereto, with New Horizons to provide such training to additional employees of the Department;
Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Resolution No. 410 of 2019 titled “Resolution authorizing the Mayor and the Director of the Department of Innovation & Performance to enter into a Contract or Agreement with GBWH Pittsburgh LLC, New Horizons to provide ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) V4 Foundation to support ongoing development of Innovation & Performance staff who support critical IT infrastructure for a sum not to exceed Forty One Thousand Six Hundred Dollars ($41,600)” is hereby amended as follows:
Section 1. The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Innovation and Performance, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into a Contract or Agreement or Contracts or Agreements or amendments thereto with GBWH Pittsburgh LLC, New Horizons to provide ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) V4 Foundation to support ongoing development of Innovation & Performance staff who support critical IT infrastructure for a sum not to exceed Forty One Thousand Six Hundred Dollars ($41,600) Seventy-One Thousand Six Hundred Dollars and Zero cents ($71,600) .This award went through the RFP (Request for Proposal) process and meets all necessary procurement requirements.
Funds shall be paid from the following account:
Operating
$41,600 from 11101.103000.53.53301.2019
$30,000 from 11101.103000.53.53301.2021
Section 2. Any ordinance or Resolution or part thereof conflicting with the provisions of this Resolution is hereby repealed so far as the same affects this Resolution.
Section 3. Such contracts, agreements, or amendments shall be approved by the City Solicitor as to form.
