Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.      Section 1 of Resolution No. 200, effective April 19, 2010, is hereby amended to read as follows:

The Mayor is hereby authorized to issue and the City Controller to countersign a $5,787.32 warrant in favor of Sacred Heart Parish, 310 Shady Avenue, Pittsburgh, PA 15206, in settlement of sidewalk damage due to City tree roots, charging same to Code Account 46, Index Code 004606, Fund 1000, Sub 170, Account 582200, Org. 999200, Budget Year 2009.
