Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1. The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Mobility and Infrastructure, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into an amended Reimbursement Agreement or Agreements with the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation for costs associated with the Construction Phase of the Sylvan Avenue Multimodal Path Project, and providing for the payment of costs thereof, not to exceed One Million Five Hundred Thirty-Two Thousand and Five Hundred and Eighty-Five Dollars ($1,532,585.00), an increase of Five Hundred Thirty-Two Thousand Five Hundred Eighty-Five Dollars ($532,585.00) from the previously executed agreement (#54358);
