Resolution authorizing the Mayor of the City of Pittsburgh and the Director of the Department of Mobility and Infrastructure to receive grant funding from the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation's Green Light Go Program in the amount of Nine Hundred Fifty-Four Thousand Five Hundred Fifty-Two Dollars and Forty-Three Cents ($954,552.43) to replace traffic signals at the intersections of Penn Avenue and Highland Avenue, South Aiken Avenue and Ellsworth Avenue, and Bayard Street and Neville Street.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. The Mayor of the City of Pittsburgh and the Director of the Department of Mobility and Infrastructure are authorized to receive grant funding from the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation to replace traffic signals at the intersections of Penn Avenue and Highland Avenue, South Aiken Avenue and Ellsworth Avenue, and Bayard Street and Neville Street in an amount not to exceed Nine Hundred Fifty-Four Thousand Five Hundred Fifty-Two Dollars and Forty-Three Cents ($954,552.43). Monies from the grant agreement shall be deposited into the Grants Trust Fund 6029400455.45505.00.
Section 2. The Mayor of the City of Pittsburgh and the Director of the Department of Mobility and Infrastructure are further authorized to enter into Agreements, or Contracts, or utilize existing Agreements or Contracts, for expenditures not to exceed Nine Hundred Fifty-Four Thousand Five Hundred Fifty Two Dollars and Forty-three Cents ($954,552.43) under the terms of the agreement between the City of Pittsburgh and the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation, chargeable to and payable from the appropriate expenditure line in the Grants Trust Fund account 6029400455.
