Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.                      The Mayor and/or the Director of Public Works are hereby authorized to issue and the City Controller to countersign a warrant in favor of People’s Natural Gas Company in the amount of Twenty Four Thousand Nine Hundred Forty Seven Dollars and Two Cents ($24,947.02) in payment for non-contracted work on the Homewood Park reconstruction project.
