Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.                     The Mayor is hereby authorized to issue and the City Controller to countersign a warrant in favor of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania for a moving violation received by an Environmental Services driver for driving being an overweight load on a controlled road, in an amount not to exceed Five Thousand Five Hundred Eighty-Seven Dollars and Fifty Cents ($5,587.50), chargeable to and payable from 11101.430000.54.54103.00.
