Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.                     The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Mobility and Infrastructure, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into an amended Reimbursement Agreement or Agreements with the Pittsburgh Water and Sewer Authority (PWSA) for costs associated with the Critical Sidewalk Gaps project where PWSA would be responsible for paying 100% of the actual expenses involved in certain work described herein and itemized in Exhibit “B” at an amount not to exceed Six Thousand Three Hundred Thirty Nine Dollars and Sixty-Nine Cents ($6,339.69).  Reimbursement(s) to be deposited to 6075010523.45107.00.

Section 2.                     Resolution No. 732 of 2022, effective December 27, 2022, as amended, which presently reads as Current Budget Amount, is hereby further amended to read as per Revised Budget Amount.
