Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1:                     The Mayor and the Director of the Commission on Human Relations, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into an Agreement(s) with Keen360, Inc. to provide technical support and development to the Commission for its customer service portal at a cost not to exceed Twenty-Six Thousand Seven Hundred Dollars ($26,700.00) chargeable to and payable from the following accounts:

HUD Trust Fund                                                                                     1050263000.53901.00                      $21,000.00

Community Development Block Grant fund                      0538889180.58101.00                     $5,700.00                     

Section 2:                     Said Agreement or Agreements shall be approved by the City Solicitor as to form.
