Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.                     Resolution authorizing, pursuant to Ch. 210 (“Acceptance of Gifts to City”) of the City Code, the Mayor and the Director of the Department of Public Safety to accept a donation from Southwest Pennsylvania Emergency Response Group (Region 13) valued at FIFTEEN THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED  DOLLARS AND NO CENTS ($15,800.00) for replacing retired canines.
