Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.                     The Mayor is hereby authorized to issue and the City Controller to countersign a warrant in favor of Von der haus Gill German Shepherds Inc., 16863 Boundry Rd, Wapakoneta, OH 45895-8058, in an amount not to exceed SEVEN THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED DOLLARS AND NO CENTS ($7,900.00), for a narcotic detection canine. Funds are chargeable to and payable from JDE account, 2300241600.56151.00
