Resolution further amending Resolution No. 797 of 2017, December 28, 2017, as amended, entitled “Resolution adopting and approving the 2018 Capital Budget and the 2018 Community Development Block Grant Program, and the 2018 through 2023 Capital Improvement Program” by reducing various organizations by adjusting various line items funded by the Community Development Block Grant in Program Year 2018, and authorize subsequent Agreements.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. Resolution No. 797 of 2017, effective December 28, 2017, as amended, which presently reads as per Current Budget Amount, is hereby further amended to read as per Revised Budget Amount.

Section 2. The Mayor and the Director of the Office of Management & Budget are hereby authorized to enter into an Agreement or Agreements, in a form approved by the City Solicitor, with these community organizations on behalf of residents of the City of Pittsburgh, chargeable and payable from the listed code accounts of the 2018 Community Development Block Grant program.
