Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

                     Resolution 260 of 2021 is amended as follows:

Section 1.                     The Mayor and the City Solicitor are hereby authorized to enter into a Professional Services Agreement with Campbell Durrant, P.C., for professional legal services and expert advice regarding labor matters at a cost not to exceed Three Hundred Ninety Thousand Dollars and No Cents ($390,000.00), Four Hundred Ninety Thousand Dollars and No Cents ($490,000.00), chargeable to and payable from the following JD Edwards Accounts:
