Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.                     Resolution authorizing the Mayor and the Directors of the Department of Public Works and the Department of Finance, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, to enter into an easement with Duquesne Light Company to provide a Permanent Easement for vegetation management on city-owned property adjacent to Joncaire Street.

The Easement and Easement Area are depicted on the drawings that are attached hereto as Exhibit A and Exhibit B.
