Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Resolution No. 344 of 2021, entitled "Resolution providing for a Letter of Amendment to the agreement with the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation for costs associated with the Construction phase of the South Side Signals project, providing for the payment of municipal incurred costs thereof, not to exceed Three Million Three Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars ($3,350,000.00); Federally reimbursable to 100 percent with a municipal share of Commonwealth Incurred Costs of Zero Dollars ($0.00)." is hereby amended as follows:

Section 1. The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Mobility and Infrastructure, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into a Letter of Amendment to the agreement with the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation for municipal incurred total phase costs associated with the Construction phase of the South Side Signals project, providing for the payment of municipal incurred total costs for the construction phase thereof, not to exceed Three Million Three Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars ($3,350,000.00) Four Million Ninety Thousand Six Hundred and Forty Dollars ($4,090,...
