Resolution authorizing the Mayor and the Director of the Department of Innovation & Performance, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, to enter into an Agreement or Agreements and amendments thereto with Forrester Research, Inc. to provide IT Consulting and Research as well as a wide variety of professional advisory and other services to modernize and elevate the work of City government at a cost not to exceed Four Hundred Fifty Three Thousand Seven Hundred and Sixty Four Dollars and Thirty Eight Cents ($453,764.38)

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Innovation & Performance are authorized, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh to enter into an Agreement or Agreements and amendments thereto with Forrester Research, Inc. to provide IT Consulting and Research as well as a wide variety of professional advisory and other services to include (but not limited to) expert analysis and advising, research and information, continuous education and learning opportunities, and templates for communications to modernize and elevate the work of City government at a cost not to exceed Four Hundred Fifty Three Thousand Seven Hundred and Sixty Four Dollars and Thirty Eight Cents ($453,764.38)
Funds shall be paid from the following account:
Year 1: 11101.103000.53.53509.2022 $ 146,806.56
Year 2: 11101.103000.53.53509.2023 $ 151,210.75
Year 3: 11101.103000.53.53509.2024 $ 155,747.07
Total: $ 453,764.38
Section 2. Said agreement or agreements shall be approved as to form by the City Solicitor.
