Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.                     The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Mobility and Infrastructure, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into a Reimbursement Agreement with the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation for costs associated with the Construction phase of the 30th Street Bridge Preservation Project; providing for the payment of the costs thereof, not to exceed Two Million Five Hundred Thousand Dollars ($2,500,000.00) to be paid from the following accounts:
