Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Resolution No. 303 of 2021, entitled "Resolution authorizing the Mayor and Director of the Department of Public Works to apply for grant funding from the Pennsylvania Department of Conservation and Natural Resources' Community Conservation Partnerships Program, to provide funding for the West Penn Playground Reconstruction Project," is hereby amended as follows:

Section 1. he Mayor and Director of the Department of Public Works are authorized to apply for receive grant funding from the Pennsylvania Department of Conservation and Natural Resources' Community Conservation Partnerships Program for the West Penn Playground Reconstruction Project in the amount of ONE HUNDRED THOUSAND ($100,000.00) DOLLARS. The total project cost is $200,000.00. The grant proposal includes an ask of $100,000 with a local match of $33,000 to come out of the 2022 City of Pittsburgh Operating Budget in the form of in-kind work and $67,000 from the 2022 City of Pittsburgh Capital Budget (JDE job number 6090000121). Monies from the grant agreement shall be deposited into the Grants Trust Fund account 4029400378.45505.00. In the event the grant is awarded, this resolution provides for an agreement and expenditures not to exceed TWO HUNDRED THOUSAND ($200,000.00) dollars for this stated purpose.
