Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.                     The Mayor, and the Director of Office of Management and Budget, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into an Agreement with Strategy Solutions, Inc. to help the City perform public outreach and citizen participation related to three years of Annual Action Plans (2022 - 2024) and a Five Year Consolidated Plan (2025 - 2029) for an amount not to exceed One Hundred Twenty-Two Thousand and Ten Dollars ($122,010.00).
