Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Mobility and Infrastructure, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into a reimbursement agreement with the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation for costs associated with the Healthy Ride Electrified Project, and providing for the payment of project costs thereof, not to exceed One Million One Hundred and Twenty Five Thousand dollars ($1,125,000.00), ; account details to be authorized and encumbered on an individual service agreement basis.

Section 2. The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Mobility and Infrastructure, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into a Reimbursement Agreement with the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Department of Transportation for the municipal portion of Commonwealth Incurred Costs associated with the Healthy Ride Electrified Project, at a cost not to exceed Six Thousand Dollars ($6,000.00).
