Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.                     Resolution authorizing the Director of the Department of Parks and Recreation to enter on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh into a Community Partner Access Agreement or Agreement(s) with Voices Against Violence and The Pittsburgh Contingency for use of the McKinley Community Recreation Center in order to provide recreational and community-focused activities. Such Agreement(s) shall be at no cost.

Said Agreement(s) shall be in a form authorized by the City Solicitor.
