Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Innovation & Performance, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are authorized to enter into an agreement or agreements with the Change Agent Training for access to their Learning Management System and consultative assistance to adapt the City of Pittsburgh Gold Belt Workshop for e-Learning for (1) one year at a cost not to exceed $18,000 (Eighteen Thousand Dollars and Zero Cents)
