Resolution amending Resolution 651 of 2020 to include rental permit registration fees in the 2021 Fee Book pursuant to City Code Chapter 170.

WHEREAS, the City Code at Chapter 170 provides procedures for the creation and maintenance of a comprehensive City fee schedule; and

WHEREAS, the City’s Rental Registration program fees under Chapter 781, in accordance with Chapter 170, are to be authorized by City Council and listed under the fee schedule in their most updated form.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.                     Resolution 651 of 2020 shall be amended by inclusion of the following additional sections:

Section 2.                     The fees for permits, licenses, and inspections contained in the Rental Registration fee schedule, attached hereto as Exhibit “B”, are hereby incorporated into the 2021 fee book.

Section 3.                     The fees under Exhibit B shall be effective upon the effective date of this amending resolution.
