Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Resolution No. 321 of 2021, entitled “Resolution amending Resolution 30 of 2020, a resolution amending an Agreement or Agreements with eDocs Technologies, LLC (“eDocs”) for licensing services and maintenance and support services, for a (3) year contract extension at an additional cost not exceed Ninety One Thousand Two Hundred Forty Two dollars and Fifty One cents ($91,242.51)” is hereby amended as follows.
Section 1. The Mayor and the Directors of the Departments of Innovation and Performance on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into an agreement or agreements or amendments to existing agreements with eDocs in order to continuing licensing OnBase Information Management; to license additional equipment, to purchase maintenance and solution support services for an enterprise-wide document management system, a Unity License with an additional 1 year contract extension. The cost of said agreement or agreements shall not exceed One Million Eight Thousand Two Hundred and Ninety One Dollars and Fourteen cents $1,008,291.14 One Million Forty Four Thousand and Fifty Six Dollars and Eighty Three cents ($1,044,056.83) over a period not to exceed ten (10) years and shall be payable from the following accounts, subject to the appropriation of City Council in respective budget years:

Section 2. The agreements or agreements and amendments are subject to the approval of the City Solicitor as to form and substance.
Section 3. Any Ordinance or Resolution or part thereof conflicting with the provisions of this Resolution is hereby repealed so far as the same affects this Resolution.
