Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.                     The Mayor and Director of the Department of Parks & Recreation are authorized to enter on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh into an agreement or agreements with Pittsburgh Baseball Umpires Association in an amount not to exceed Six Thousand Dollars ($6,000.00) for services related to providing umpires for Citisports baseball and softball league games during the 2021 calendar year, which shall be chargeable to, and payable from, the following account:   11101.500000.53.53907.2021 in the Department of Parks and Recreation.

Said agreement(s) shall be in a form approved by the City Solicitor.
