Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. The Mayor and the Director of the Office of Management and Budget on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh are hereby authorized to enter into a cooperation agreement or agreements, providing for the transfer of funds not to exceed Two Million Eight Hundred Three Thousand Four Hundred Eighty Dollars ($2,803,480.00) to the City of Pittsburgh Equipment Leasing Authority, for the purchase and leasing of vehicles, equipment and accessories for use by City of Pittsburgh Departments, chargeable to and payable from the following accounts:
$1,220,000.00 payable from Account 11101.210000.57.57531.2021
$1,358,000.00 payable from Account 8458990221.57531.00
$225,480.00 payable from Account 8458990121.57531.00
