Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

 

Section 1.                     The Mayor and Director of the Office of Management and Budget, are hereby authorized to enter into an Agreement or Agreements with the University of Pittsburgh’s Small Business Development Center in a form approved by the City Solicitor, for the purchase of services regarding training, consultation, and promotions, at a cost not to exceed $30,000.00, chargeable to and payable from the from the Grants Trust Fund account 0229400302.53901.00.
