Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.                     On behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, the Director of the Department of Public Safety is hereby authorized to enter into relevant agreements or execute required purchase orders for hazardous material emergency response equipment with Midland Manufacturing Corp. at a cost not to exceed Thirteen Thousand Eight Hundred One Dollars and Eighty-Six Cents ($13,801.86), chargeable to and payable from the following account:
