Resolution granting unto SMITH BROTHERS BOGGS LP, their successors and assigns, the privilege and license to construct, maintain and use at their own cost and expense, (3) new canopy covered awnings, on an existing building, at 120 Federal Street, in the 22nd Ward, 1st Council District of the City of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. That SMITH BROTHERS BOGGS LP, their successors and assigns, are hereby granted the privilege to construct, maintain and use at their own cost and expense, to install, (3) new canopy covered awnings, on an existing building, at 120 Federal Street, in the 22nd Ward, 1st Council District of the City of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
Section 2. That (2) awnings, will be installed on Federal street, (1) awning to be installed on General Robinson, both described as follows:
Description 1 - Federal Street
(1) 20ft 7in x 42in, awning framed with aluminum tubing, covered with black "sumbrella" material
(2) 16ft 3.75in x 42in, awning framed with aluminum tubing, covered with black "sumbrella" material
Description 2 - General Robinson Street
(1) 8ft x 42in, awning framed with aluminum tubing, covered with black "sumbrella" material
Whereas, the said encroachment shall conform to the provisions of their resolution and in accordance with the Plan identified as Accession D-915 on file in the Division of Permits, Department of Mobility and Infrastructure.
Section 3. The said Grantee prior to the beginning of the construction of said encroachment shall submit to the Director of the Department of Mobility and Infrastructure of the City of Pittsburgh, a complete set of plans, in triplicate, showing the location and all details of said construction. Said plans and said construction shall be subject to the approval and supervision of the Director of the Department of Mobility and Infrastructure.
