WHEREAS, Lawrenceville Properties, LLC, has requested this street vacation to support the renovation of the existing warehouse building on Mintwood Street and its conversion for residential use.
Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. All that certain right of way, situate in the 6th Ward, 7th Council District of the City of Pittsburgh, Allegheny County, Pennsylvania, more particularly bound and described as follows:
That vacating a portion of Woolslayer Way, beginning at a point on the northerly right of way line of Woolslayer Way, variable width, said point being S 78° 53’ 20” W a distance of 75.95 feet from the intersection of the northerly right of way line of Woolslayer Way and the westerly right of way line of 37th Street, 40.00 feet wide; thence from said point of beginning by a line through Woolslayer Way S 11° 06’ 40” E a distance of 19.60 feet to a point on the southerly right of way line of Woolslayer Way; thence by the southerly right of way line of Woolslayer Way S 78° 35’ 30” W a distance of 76.62 feet to a point on the westerly terminus of Woolslayer Way; thence by the westerly terminus of Woolslayer Way N 53° 58’ 30” W a distance of 25.97 feet to a point; thence by same N 44° 26’ 50” E a distance of 1.70 feet to a point on the northerly right of way line of Woolslayer Way; thence by the northerly right of way line of Woolslayer way N 78° 53’ 20” E a distance of 92.88 feet to the point of beginning.
