Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.                     The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Mobility and Infrastructure, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, having advertised and received proposals are hereby authorized to enter into a contract with Alfred Benesch and Company for Preliminary and Final Design, Services During Construction and Miscellaneous Services for the Swinburne Bridge replacement project; and providing for the payment of the costs thereof, not to exceed $830,572.47, chargeable to and payable from the following account:
