Title
Resolution providing that the City of Pittsburgh enter into a Professional Services Agreement(s) and/or Contracts with service providers for professional services in connection with the 2020 City Cuts lawn care program, and providing for payment of the cost thereof. Cost not to exceed $300,000.00.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Public Works, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into Professional Services Agreement(s) and/or Contracts in a form authorized by the City Solicitor in order to provide compensation in the amount of Three Hundred Thousand Dollars ($300,000.00) chargeable to and payable from Account Code: 11101.420000.54.54105.2020.
Section 2. The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Public Works are hereby authorized to enter into Agreements with the vendors listed below for a total not-to-exceed amount of $300,000.
