Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.                     The Mayor is hereby authorized to issue and the City Controller to countersign a warrant in favor of Allegheny Crane Rental in the amount of Eighty-Eight Thousand One Hundred and Fifty Dollars ($88,150.00) for emergency work at Penn Avenue and 10^th Street, chargeable to and payable from 4026748117.54207.00.
