Ordinance amending the Pittsburgh Code, Title Nine, Zoning, Article I, Section 902.03 Zoning Map, by changing from CP, Commercial Planned Unit Development, to UNC, Urban Neighborhood Commercial two parcels and a portion of two parcels in the Allegheny County Block and Lot System, 7th Ward; and changing from LNC, Local Neighborhood Commercial, to UNC, Urban Neighborhood Commercial six parcels and a portion of two parcels in the Allegheny County Block and Lot System, 7th Ward.

The Council of the City of Pittsburgh hereby enacts as follows:
Section 1. Amending the Pittsburgh Code, Title Nine, Zoning, Article I, Section 902.03 Zoning Map, by changing from CP, Commercial Planned Unit Development, to UNC, Urban Neighborhood Commercial property at 6320 Shakespeare Street identified as Block No. 84-G Lot 347 and a portion of Block No. 84-G Lot 258; and parcels with no address assigned Block No. 84-G Lot 224 and a portion of Block 84-G Lot 258-1, all in the Allegheny County Block and Lot System. Portions of parcels are as identified in the attached map.
Section 2.
Amending the Pittsburgh Code, Title Nine, Zoning, Article I, Section 902.03 Zoning Map, by changing from LNC, Local Neighborhood Commercial, to UNC, Urban Neighborhood Commercial, property at 6320 Shakespeare Street identified as Block No. 84-G Lot 225, and Block No. 84-G Lot 227, Block No. 84-G Lot 229, and Block No. 84-G Lot 231; and parcels with no address assigned Block No. 84-G Lot 218, Block No. 84-G Lot 338, a portion of Block No. 84-J Lot 352, a portion of Block 84-H Lot 251-0-3, all in the Allegheny County Block and Lot System. Portions of parcels are as identified in the attached map.
