Resolution amending Resolution No. 456 of 2015, authorizing an amendment or amendments(s) to the existing Rooftop License Agreement between the City of Pittsburgh and 600 GS Prop LP, a Pennsylvania limited partnership, in order to extend the term through May 5, 20182023, at a cost not to exceed eighty-four thousand one hundred forty-seven dollar and eighty-nine cents ($84,147.89)Two Hundred Twenty-Eight Thousand Five Hundred Fifty-Nine Dollars and Forty-Nine Cents ($228,559.49)

Body

Whereas, pursuant to Resolution 401 of 2009, effective July 16, 2009, the City of Pittsburgh (the “City”) entered into a Rooftop License Agreement (the “License”) with 600 GS Prop LP for a three (3) year term in order to enhance its digital video camera platform; and

Whereas, the term of this License was subsequently extended by letter agreement of the parties to extend the term through May 5, 2018; and

Whereas, the parties now wish to again formally amend the License to extend the term through May 5, 2018 2023.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.                     The Mayor, and the Chief and Director of Innovation & Performance, and Director of Public Safety on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to amend the existing Rooftop License Agreement between the City of Pittsburgh and 600 GS Prop LP to extend the term through May 5, 20182023, at a cost not to exceed eighty-four thousand one hundred forty-seven dollar and eighty-nine cents Two Hundred Twenty-Eight Thousand Five Hundred Fifty-Nine Dollars and Forty-Nine Cents ($84,147.89228,559.49) to be allocated as follows appropriated for the same, chargeable to and payable from the following account(s):

Section 2.                     Any Resolution or Ordinance or part thereof conflicting with the provisions of this Resolution, including but not limited to Resolution No.  392 of 2018, is hereby repealed so far as the same affects this Resolution.
