Title

Body
WHEREAS, a planning process with residents and stakeholders in the Squirrel Hill community resulted in the Department of Public Works to develop a Master Plan for Wightman Park; and

WHEREAS, the Department of Public Works and the PWSA worked with respective consultants to develop construction documents for the implementation of the Master Plan for Wightman Park; and

WHEREAS, the City of Pittsburgh 2018 Capital Budget includes $2,033,435.00 for Wightman Park Improvements; and

WHEREAS, the City of Pittsburgh received a grant from the Land Water Conservation Fun for $500,000.00; and

WHEREAS, the PWSA has committed $1,500,423.23 to funding the Green Infrastructure components of the project; and

WHEREAS, the Office of Management and Budget released a solicitation for public bid on April 1, 2019 for construction services for Wightman Park Improvements; and

WHEREAS, Eisler Landscapes, Inc. was selected as the lowest, responsible bidder.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1. The Mayor and the Director of Public Works, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into a Three Party Agreement or Agreements, or the use of existing Agreements, between the City of Pittsburgh, the PWSA and Eisler Landscapes, Inc., as the general contractor for the professional landscape architectural services for Wightman Park Improvement Project, at a cost not to ex...
