Title

The Agreement is chargeable and payable from the following account in an amount not to exceed $185,600.00.

Body

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.                     The Mayor and Director of the Department of Permits, Licenses and Inspections, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into an Agreement/Agreements and amendments with Avenu Insights and Analytics to digitize microfiche and aperture cards holding historic permitting data and certificates of occupancy and add them to the Department’s digital library. 

Section 2.                      The Agreement shall be chargeable to and payable form the following account for an amount not to exceed $185,600.00:

$135,000.00 from 11101.53.53901.130000.2019

$ 50,600.00 from 11101.53.53901.130000.2020

Section 3.                      Said Agreement should be approved by the City Solicitor as to form and substance.
