Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

 

Section 1.                     The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Public Safety are authorized on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh to enter into an Agreement or Agreements with the Pittsburgh Parks Conservancy (“PPC”) pursuant to the 2018-2019 Naturally Northside project.  All such Agreement(s) shall be in a form approved by the City Solicitor. PPC has previously been awarded a grant from the Buhl Foundation for the 2018-2019 Naturally Northside project. Under the terms of said Agreement(s) with PPC, the City will provide Park Rangers for Naturally Northside project activities and shall be reimbursed by PPC to cover such staffing expenses in an amount not to exceed ELEVEN THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED TWENTY DOLLARS and NO CENTS ($11,520.00).

 

Said funds shall be deposited into the following Grants Trust Fund account:

5029400264.48311.00.

 

Section 2.                     The Park Ranger staffing expenses incurred by the City in connection with the 2018-2019 Naturally Northside project, which shall be in an amount not to exceed ELEVEN THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED TWENTY DOLLARS and NO CENTS ($11,520.00), shall be chargeable and payable from the following Grants Trust Fund account:
