Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.                     The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Mobility and Infrastructure, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to execute relevant agreements with for costs associated with the Mon Oakland Mobility Corridor Project being undertaken by the City

Section 2.                     The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Mobility and Infrastructure, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to execute relevant agreements with for costs associated with the Mon Oakland Mobility Corridor Project being undertaken by the City, at a cost not to exceed $1,346,644.10
