Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.                     The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Mobility and Infrastructure, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into a Contract or Contracts, or to use existing Contracts, an Agreement or Agreements, or to use existing Agreements, providing for the reimbursement from Pittsburgh Water and Sewer Authority “PWSA” costs related to the Penn Avenue Reconstruction project.

Funds received from PWSA will be deposited into 4026748013.45107.00
