Title: Resolution authorizing the Mayor and Director of Public Safety to enter on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh into an agreement with the Pittsburgh Park Conservancy ("PPC") in connection with the 2017-2018 "Naturally Northside" project. Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

 

Section 1.                     The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Public Safety are authorized on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh to enter into an agreement with the Pittsburgh Parks Conservancy (“PPC”) pursuant to the 2017-2018 Naturally Northside project.  PPC has previously been awarded a grant from the Buhl Foundation for the 2017-2018 Naturally Northside project. Under the terms of said agreement with PPC, the City will provide Park Rangers for Naturally Northside project activities and shall be reimbursed by PPC to cover such staffing expenses in an amount not to exceed ELEVEN THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED TWENTY DOLLARS and NO CENTS ($11,520.00). Said funds shall be deposited into the following Grants Trust Fund account:

2129400233.48311.00.

 

Section 2.                     The Park Ranger staffing expenses incurred by the City in connection with the 2017-2018 Naturally Northside project, which shall be in an amount not to exceed ELEVEN THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED TWENTY DOLLARS and NO CENTS ($11,520.00), shall be chargeable and payable from the following Grants Trust Fund account:
