Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

 

Section 1.                     The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Mobility and Infrastructure (DOMI) of the City of Pittsburgh are authorized to execute relevant agreements with the Heinz Endowments in order to receive a grant award in the amount of TWO HUNDRED FIFTY THOUSAND ($250,000.00) dollars for the purpose of providing operational support for DOMI as well as funding for equipment, research into mobility technology and applications, etc. in the City of Pittsburgh.  Monies from the grant agreement shall be deposited into the Grants Trust Fund account 6029400223.48311.00.

 

Section 2.                     The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Mobility and Infrastructure  (DOMI) of the City of Pittsburgh are further authorized to enter into Agreements, or Contracts, or utilize existing Agreements or Contracts and not to exceed TWO HUNDRED FIFTY THOUSAND ($250,000.00 dollars for the purposes of providing operational support for DOMI as well as funding for equipment, research into mobility technology and applications, etc. under the terms of the agreement between the City of Pittsburgh and the Heinz Endowments chargeable to and payable from the Grants Trust Fund account 6029400223.50000.00.
