Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.                     The Mayor is hereby authorized to issue and the City Controller to countersign a warrant in the total sum of Twenty Eight Thousand Dollars ($28,000.00) in favor Tiffany Angelini and Ernest Simon, Esquire, 74 S. 18^th Street, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania 15203, fully releasing the City from all claims and liability for alleged personal injuries as described in a lawsuit filed in the Allegheny County Court of Common Pleas at G.D. 13-007464 and charging same to 11101.58.58105.108000.2018; Item Number 11111-20.
