Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.                     The Mayor and the Director of the Office of Management and Budget, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to issue a warrant in the amount of Thirty Two Thousand Five Hundred Dollars and No Cents ($32,500.00) to MAYA Design Inc. for costs incurred for both the SmartPGH and the Resilient City projects, and providing for the payment thereof, chargeable to and payable from the following JD Edwards account 29040.53.53101.0229400180.2017.
