Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.                     The Mayor and the Director of the Office of Management and Budget, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into a Fellowship Participation Agreement or Agreements to allow the City to host three Executive Fellows for twelve (12) months. Their term shall begin on October 2, 2017.

Section 2.                     One Executive Fellow shall work with City personnel and stakeholders on implementing deliverables for the Facilities Optimization Plan project. The costs associated with this Fellow shall not exceed One-Hundred Fifty Thousand and Zero Dollars ($150,000.00) and shall be payable from the following Facilities Optimization Plan capital account:

Section 3.                     Two Executive Fellows shall work with City personnel and stakeholders on implementing deliverables for projects to be described in said Agreement or Agreements. There shall be no costs associated with these Fellows.

Section 4.                     Said Agreement or Agreements shall be approved by the City Solicitor as to form and substance.
