Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.                     The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Finance are hereby authorized to enter into an Agreement with the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Office of Commonwealth Libraries, for $300,000 in Keystone Recreation, Park, and Conservation fund grant monies to be used by the Carnegie Library of Pittsburgh to renovate the Carrick Library.  Said Agreement or Agreements shall be approved by the City Solicitor as to form and substance. Grant money will be deposited into the Grants Trust Fund: 0729400204.45505.00
