Title
Resolution granting unto Trek Development Group, 130 7th Street, Suite 300, Pittsburgh PA 15222, their successors and assigns, an encroachment to construct, maintain and use at their own cost and expense, a building projection and canopy for 737 Penn Avenue and 150 8th Street in the 2nd Ward, 6th Council District of the City of Pittsburgh.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1. That Trek Development Group, 130 7th Street, Suite 300, Pittsburgh PA 15222, their successors and assigns, is hereby granted the privilege to construct, maintain and use at their own cost and expense:

1) 150 8th Street: Building projection extending five feet (5') out over the property line by thirteen feet (13') in length, twenty-nine feet (29') up over the nine foot three inch (9'3") sidewalk on 8th Street.
2) 737 Penn Avenue - Metal and glass canopy extending six feet (6') out from face of building x twenty-six feet (26') in length, eighteen feet (18') up over the twelve foot six inch (12' 6") sidewalk area at Penn Avenue in the 2nd Ward, 6th Council District of the City of Pittsburgh.

Encroachment #1: Copper clad facade and aluminum framed windows:
1. Flat copper panel on rainscreen framing
2. Foam board insulation
3. Closed cell spray polyurethane foam (SPF)
4. 6" steel studs, 20 gauge, 16" O.C. with bracing
5. 5/8" gypsum wall board
6. Aluminum framed windows with low E safetyglass
Encroachment #2: Metal and glass canopy: -
7. Steel structural frame
8. Tempered glass.

The said encroachment shall conform to the provisions of their resolution and in accordance with the Plan identified as Accession D-822 on file in the Division of Surveys, Department of Public Works.

Section2. The said Grantee prior to the beginning of the construction of said encroachment shall submit to the Director of the Department of Public Works of the City of Pittsburgh a complete set of plans, in triplicate, showing the location and...
