Resolution accepting the dedication by the Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) of Pittsburgh of portions of Princeton Place and Kalida Drive in Liberty Park, Phase II for public highway purposes, fixing the width and position of the roadways and sidewalks, accepting the grading, paving, curbing and traffic signals, in the 11th Ward, 9 Council District.

WHEREAS, Urban Redevelopment Authority of Pittsburgh (URA), owner of certain property in the Liberty Park Phase II project in the 11th Ward of the City of Pittsburgh, wishes to dedicate portions of Princeton Place and Kalida Drive to the City of Pittsburgh for public highway and utility purposes and the City of Pittsburgh wishes to accept the dedication:
Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1.
The dedication of the following streets and utilities is hereby accepted:
All that certain right of way to be dedicated for street purposes and utilities, variable width, being portions of Kalida Drive and Princeton Place in the Liberty Park Phase II Plan of Lots as recorded in the Allegheny County Department of Real Estate in Plan Book Volume 271, Page 54 situate in the 11th Ward, City of Pittsburgh, Allegheny County, Pennsylvania, more particularly bound and described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the northeasterly right of way line of Kalida Street, 50.00 feet wide, said point being the following two (2) courses and distances from a point at the intersection of the northeasterly right of way line of Kalida Drive and Collins Avenue, 70.00 feet wide: in a southeasterly direction by a curve bearing to the left having a radius of 10.00 feet through an arc distance of 15.71 feet,also having a chord bearing of S 19° 44' 38.4” E and a chord distance of 14.14 feet, to a point of tangency; S 64°44' 38.4” E a distance of 155.27 feet, to the point of beginning; thence from said point of beginning by the northeasterly right of way line of Kalida Drive S 64°...
